Repair or replacement
Local sound connections favor a defined repair; widespread deterioration or wet layers can require wider opening and replacement.
TPO is a single-ply membrane with heat-welded seam details. A repair needs compatible material, preparation and a sound weld to the existing membrane. A leak around an equipment curb can involve the corner or termination rather than the open field. We examine those details with the nearby drainage and the condition of the layers beneath.

A white surface alone does not establish the roof assembly.

A puncture or failed detail can support a compatible repair when sound material and dry support remain around it. The existing membrane condition affects preparation and connection.
The substrate, insulation, fastening or adhesion and perimeter details form part of the system. Wet insulation or weakened support changes a surface-only repair into a broader assembly question.
Drains, scuppers, curbs and terminations need details suited to the system. A new membrane by itself does not remove a low spot or an obstructed outlet.
The assembly and operations determine the proposal.

Material handling, tenant entries, equipment service and disposal need coordination. Protecting the building below belongs in the plan.
Area, removal, insulation, attachments and details affect cost. Manufacturer system and warranty terms are specific to the actual product and installation, not a general website promise.
